Caring for Your Hauntling
They don’t eat, but they do listen. Keep them sealed; they prefer the safety of their jar homes.
Quick Rules
- No lid-lifting required. Your Hauntling is happiest snug in its jar, safe from dust and tumbles.
- Offer a trinket or two if you wish — beads, charms, shiny pebbles, or even their little brass key.
- Whispers are optional. They won’t answer back, but secrets do make shelves feel livelier.
- They glow after dark! Leave them in the light by day, and enjoy their gentle glow by night.
- Display proudly. A Hauntling thrives on attention from curious eyes.
Troubleshooting
- Dust: Simply wipe the outside of the jar. No need to open it — your Hauntling prefers its perch.
- Loose Hauntling: If yours wiggles free, a tiny dab of clear glue will tuck them back in place.
- Missing Key: Keys are fond of wandering. If lost, any small charm can serve as a worthy substitute.
